What if I have to miss a class?
All classes are recorded and sent out to participants, so if you need to miss a class or have plans you're covered.
What kind of food do you cook? I’m vegan/vegetarian/gluten free--will the class work for me?
Unless otherwise noted, our food is predominantly plant based with an animal protein highlighted in each meal. There is always a vegan option. With the exception of home-baked bread lessons, our menus are gluten free.
I’d like to come but the cost is a little much for me. What can I do?
