Join us for Sacred Kitchen’s
Global Soul Food Cooking Classes
In these times, food gatherings
and human connection are very different
than they used to be.
So we have adapted our offerings to the current reality. In our collective global isolation we need connection more than ever.

Frequently asked questions
What if I have to miss a class?
All classes are recorded and sent out to participants, so if you need to miss a class or have plans you're covered.
What kind of food do you cook? I’m vegan/vegetarian/gluten free--will the class work for me?
Unless otherwise noted, our food is predominantly plant based with an animal protein highlighted in each meal. There is always a vegan option. With the exception of home-baked bread lessons, our menus are gluten free.
I’d like to come but the cost is a little much for me. What can I do?
No one turned away for lack of funds. Reach out and come cook with us!
