Fundraiser event for Alight: Pedacito de la Tierra project. Co-host Victoria Silva joins us as we make Ceviche, Homemade Tortillas, and Pico de Gallo. We will also play a round of Trivia and discuss the science behind our menu. We hope you and a friend will join us!

About the Event
Join us for our FREE Community Soul Food Cooking Class with Victoria Silva. Have you ever wondered what sort of chemical reactions are happening as you prepare your dinner? Well, we have Victoria in the house to explain all the science behind our menu for the night. We will also test your knowledge in a round of Trivia.
This is also a fundraiser event for the Alight: Pedacito de la Tierra project, where they create sustainable spaces of hope a refuge for people on their journey of migration beginning at the U.S. / Mexico border. Learn more here: https://wearealight.org/mexico/
