About Chef Coupet Toúchef Coupet is a 1st Generation Haitian-American based in Harlem, NYC. He has curated private popup dinners in cities as far away as Cape Town, profiling cuisines of the Black Diaspora. Toúchef also has worked in high-end restaurants around NYC, and for large-scale culinary event operations. He has taught culinary classes at farmers markets in 3 boroughs, educating the community on how to best utilize fresh ingredients in a healthy and flavorful way.
