Anthony Giacobbe
To put it simply, Anthony Giacobbe is a bad ass. He ran the Esalen Kitchen food program for over 12 years. He spent the last 5 years as the Chef De Cuisine of A Fork Full of Earth Organic Catering in Marin. He is resourceful, involved, and keeps the vibes right with the help of his legendary playlists and DJ skills. He has produced events with Sacred Kitchen since 2018.
Wonder Weir
Wonder is our go-to magician for all things food preservation and fermenting. She’s as skilled in the garden as she is in the dish pit, bringing her mastery to both. She leads a dishwashing program serving thousands in the Costa Rican jungle. Since joining Sacred Kitchen in 2021, she has become our logistics manager, fermenting master, and dish lead, ensuring everything runs smoothly behind the scenes.
Jessie Dixon
A woman of many talents who sees the bigger picture can fix almost any problem before you know it’s a problem and has exquisite taste in all things potato.

Melissa is the ultimate kitchen multi-tool. Her skills in and around the kitchen are unmatched, and her awareness of everything happening around her is second to none. If you need a hand, she’s already on it. With her quick thinking and versatility, Melissa is the backbone of our team, always ready to jump in and make things happen.
