Join us for a FREE culinary soul food adventure and a round of Food Science Trivia with Scientist Victoria Silva and Chef Jesse Bloom. Together we will explore the food science behind preparing and marinating ceviche and the process behind tortilla making. Be sure to invite your friends - there is always room for more at the Sacred Kitchen table. We also provide dietary substitutions for all our recipes so everyone no matter what your dietary preferences are is included.
